Prices
of styrene monomer remained unchanged as both China and Unv1 were away on
holidays. India's buying and selling opinions were far apart. The former
was quoted at discounts of 20-$25/mt CFR China, while the latter was quoted at
premiums between $20-$32/mt CFR China. "Its [discussions] are quite
dull. The direction of crude oil is uncertain, with its volatile nature
and constant fall. "The market is balanced only by contract volumes
going to India," said a trader. A local distributor stated that there
hasn't yet been a pick-up in CFR India discussion. Another distributor noted
that tradeable indicators were not much different from last week at a discount
of $20...
