The Market on Close assessment process of
April 6 saw continued selling activity in Europe's naphtha market. Sources say that the latest MOC session
registered multiple offers, but no bids. This indicates that there is a longer
market. One trade was also registered on an offer for a
cargo of 28,000 mt, marking the second consecutive day with such a deal. According to
ExxonMobil, product dispatches from its Fos-sur-Mer refinery, in southern
France, resumed after the strike was stopped. Although the
refinery continues to ship products via truck, pipeline, and train, it is still
subject to crude oil supply from nearby oil terminals at Fos in the
