March 22nd. Prices held steady from week-ago levels due to a force majeure
declaration March 21. On March 16, a rail car indicator was heard at
46c/lb. Since March 9, prices have remained stable at $1,146/mt FAS
Houston. According to S&P Global data, export levels increased by more
than $125/mt between Jan. 3 and Feb. 9, before stabilizing from February 9 to
