Asian Toluene prices rise due to upstream gains / China's inventory is mixed in two major ports / Taiwan exports in June rise by month

The Asian toluene price was higher on August 8 compared with the previous day, in line both with crude oil futures prices and naphtha. There were no transparent offers or bids during the Market on Close process. Both H1 andH2 September laycans were priced at $884/mt FOB Korea. This is $1/mt less than the last offer of $885/mt made for any September loading based on a Letter-of-Credit-at-Sight. No transactions were reported. A bid of $890/mt was made before trading began at 8.30am Singapore time. This bid expired before the Market-On-Close session, which started at 12pm Singapore time.
