Asian Toluene prices fall on lower demand / FOB Korea H1 & H2 Nov Spreads Flip to Contango / CFR markers drop $51.50/mt amid weak demand

The Asian toluene market prices weakened, falling behind the gains on the aromatics market on October 11. FOB Korea laycan for the first half of November was assessed at $762/mt - $1/mt less than an offer at $763/mt - and the H2 laycan for November at $781/mt - $1/mt more than the last bid at $780/mt - during the Market on Close process. There were no trades reported. During the MOC, no transparent offers or bids were heard. According to preliminary reports from market sources, South Korea exported 4,332 mt of toluene between Oct. 1-10. Saudi Arabia received the bulk of South Korea's toluene exports, with 2,855 mt.
