toluene prices stabilize to higher levels on March 3. Taiwan's CPC offered 3,00-6,000 mt toluene per
H1 or H2 April loading. This was based FOB Kaohsiung and letter of credit for
30 days after the bill of lading. The tender closes on March 8 at 10
p.m. Taipei (1340 GMT) and will remain valid until March 9 at 5 p.m. Taipei. Trading
