The price of nitration grade toluene fell by 4 cents in the week ending February. Mixed xylene rose 2 cents on February 14 due to weak demand. Arbitrage trader from Asia stated that the US had weak toluene demands and preferred to import MX[mixed-xylenes]. The US has imported around 21,000 mt toluene and 54,000 mt MX in 2025, according to US customs data.
