India Toluene: Weak sentiment continues despite stable inventory / Asia toluene rangebound despite crude uptick / Ex-Kandla inventories heard at 30,000 mt

Buyers expect it to continue to decline as demand is still low. One source, however, said that the markets may improve in the future. The source stated that with local discussions below Rupees 80/kg for both Mumbai and Kandla, and a significant fall in FOB Korea, importers would lose money, and the buying ideas were not feasible. Ex-Kandla, discussions were around Rupees 80/kg. Mumbai was between Rupees 75-80/kg. According to a source, the inventories of Toluene in Kandla were around 30,000 mt - and 8,000mt respectively - which is lower than the normal monthly consumption.
