India Toluene: Rangebound crude keeps toluene rangebound / Ex-Kandla inventories continue to decline / March ICE Brent crude futures $81,70/b

The CFR India marker was $918/mt CFR India, and the FOB Korean marker was $816/mt. CFR India's toluene differential cash was FOB Korea plus $102/mt unchanged from day to day. Discussions on domestic ex-Kandla/Mumbai remained steady at Rupees 81.50-82.50/kg. Sources also said that the market sentiment remained relatively firm because of the price revisions by BPCL & Reliance a few days earlier. As of Jan. 15, the ex-Kandla inventory was further reduced to 15851.52 mt. This is far below the average monthly level and approximately 900mt less than the previous report on Dec. 31.
