Asian Toluene : stable to slightly firmer / Crude Oil Futures Rise Slightly / Trade talks thin during Ramadan

Toluene was stable at $724/mt at the previous close and $3/mt firmer, at $760/mt at the FOB China assessment process. A counter-offer wasn't heard. There were no trades reported on March 7. The FOB China mark was up $3/mt to $760/mt in line with the firmer domestic market. The prompt/H2March spread maintained a contango at minus Yuan 20/mt while the H2 March/H2 April backwardation was stable day over day at plus Yuan 15/mt. Trade negotiations were limited due to Ramadan, according to sources in Southeast Asia. A trader reported that most end-users already had their stocks filled as of February 27.
