prices were lower despite rising energy markets during the week ending March 31. A flood of offers and bids was seen March 31,
with many laycans. GS Caltex purchased two 1,000 mt cargoes to load
April 16-20 at 972/mt during the Market On-Close session. For April
21, the seller offered $970/mt-30 Loading with no takers. GS Caltex
bid for 1,000 mt loading from April 16-25 at $970/mt to $984/mt using a letter
credit at sight. However, it was unsuccessful until noon. From trading
sources, there were tradable prices heard about FOB Korea and $100-$110/mt CFR
India. Indian domestic solvent-MX talks were heard a
bit more week-on-week at Rupees87/kg Kandla, and Rupees88/kg...
