Asian Solvent MX: Prices rise due to shortage / Limited availability drives prices up / India driving MX strength

Domestic India indications have remained firm with ex-Kandla discussed at Rupees 85-89/kg. July-shipments of solvent xylenes cargoes were offered at FOBKorea's Solvent-MX mark plus $125/mt. A trade earlier in this week was reported to have taken place at FOB Korea plus $128/mt. CFR India's marker is now $1,053/mt. This is up $22/mt on the week due to a wider spread with the FOB Korea mark.
Asian Solvent MX Weekly justification
The Solvent-MX was up $18/mt for the week of June 14, FOB Korea, for the assessment period from July 4-24. There were also offers for July 15-24 cargoes.
