On Sept. 6, Asian isomer MX was down by $3/mt per day to $737/mt FOB Korea. It also fell $8/mt to $750/mt for CFR China. This week the market for isomer MX in Asia turned negative, with prices dropping throughout the week as crude oil and gasoline markets declined. Isomer MX fell by $76/mt on a week-on-week basis to $737/mt FOB Korea, on September 6. According to market sources, sellers were outnumbering buyers, which led to numerous offers on the market. China's domestic market also declined during the week. The marker fell to Yuan 6,276.67/mt from Yuan 6 848.33/mt in the previous week.
