level of interest in buying recycled resins. Recycled Pellets are offered at prices that are below their
cost of production. On the market,
recycled pellets are available from countries such as Vietnam. China, Malaysia,

"The costs for recycling plastic waste are high, including collection,
sorting and separation, shredding or grinding, cleaning, washing and
pelletizing. These costs are higher than many recycled pellets' selling
