FOB-Southeast Asia premium grade assessed $5/mt lower at $910/mt.-Poor demand
in both local and export markets are chipping-away sellers' confidence. Recyclers said that buyers are looking-for
further discounts during negotiations, with prices for-Indonesian recyclers
heard to be the lowest in Southeast Asia.-"We are offering the closest
price to current deal levels in-order to attract potential buyers," said
one Indonesia-based-recycler.-With the crude market facing significant
volatility of late,-Asian recyclers held largely pessimistic outlook,
expecting-further decline in prices amid soft demand. One source
said-that recession woes are adding to the lack of demand...
