The Asian recycled low-density polyethylene market remained stable in the week ending April 24, amid stable supply and demand, as well as thin trading activity. Prices remained largely constant within a narrow range that mirrored virgin-grade LDPE pricing. The price of recycled LDPE film pellets remained unchanged at $760/mt, FOB Southeast Asia, April 24. LDPE was assessed at $1,095/mt during the same period. Demand and supply fundamentals remained unaltered, and sources stated that there is still a supply of material available.
