In a week of thin trading, the Asian market for recycled low density polyethylene remained stable. The price of recycled HDPE natural film remained stable at $710/mt, FOB Southeast Asia. On August 14, the price of recycled HDPE blow molding pellets remained unchanged at $570/mt, FOB Southeast Asia. A SE Asian recycler said, "The market remains bad. Demand seems to have worsened since last week. But there are still some inquiries from our customers." The Chinese and Indian markets were slow to respond this week due to a bearish mood.
