The price of recycled high density polyethylene black blowmoldings pellets remained unchanged at $570/mt, FOB Southeast Asia on Sept. 4. The demand for recycled HDPE black blowmolding pellets remained low in the week ending September 4, but tight scrap supplies continue to drive up prices, with high feedstock costs weighing heavily on profit margins. A trader stated that "recyclers in China struggle to break even due to the expensive feedstocks.
