In Asia, the market for recycled high density polyethylene was stable in the week ending September 4 due to unchanged fundamentals of demand and supply. The price of recycled HDPE natural film was unchanged for the week, at $700/mt FOS Southeast Asia on Sept. 4. The price of recycled HDPE blowmolding black pellets remained at $570/mt FOS Southeast Asia. The demand for recycled HDPE black blowmolding pellets remained low in the week ending September 4, as tight scrap supplies continue to drive up prices.
