India's PVC prices unchanged despite thin trade discussions / Fewer Import Offers Heard / Domestic prices stable

CFR India PVC's price remained stable during the week ending Nov. 20, despite a lack of trade discussions and fundamentals that largely remained unchanged. Market participants, according to sources, are waiting for clarity regarding the implementation of the antidumping duty.
