In the week ending March 19, Asian PVC prices were either stable or soft. China's domestic downstream buyers remained cautious amid a weak macroeconomic environment, while Taiwan' CFR China PVC prices were down $25/mt from last week to $695/mt on March 19. This was below an offer of $700/mt.
