Asian polyvinyl chloride prices are $10-$50/mt more expensive than the previous week of June 19. Initial July offers announced a 25-$150/mt price increase amid rising freight rates. the PVC CFR China mark was up $10/mt from the previous week, reaching a nine-month peak of $820/mt. CFR Southeast Asia marked was up $25/mt over the past week at $835/mt. the CFR India PVC was up $50/mt from the previous week to $980/mt by the Asian close on June 19. Commodity Insights' data shows that this is the highest price since September 14, 2022 when it was $990/mt.
