The Asian polyvinyl chloride prices were stable at $10/mt less than the previous week, as the monsoons are approaching. The PVC CFR China mark was slightly lower on the week by $10/mt, to $810/mt, at the close of the Asian market on June 26. Meanwhile, the CFR Southeast Asia indicator remained unchanged at $835/mt, at the close of the Asian market on June 26. In India, participants in the market said that Indian demand for PVC was softening during the monsoon, when construction is usually put off.
