Asian PVC prices rise by $5 to $10/mt following China's stimulus announcement / New offers for the October rollover / Local China increases Yuan 100-400/mt

The price of Asian polyvinyl was $5-$10/mt more than the previous week, Sept. 25, as the market's sentiment improved after China announced its economic stimulus package. CFR China PVC prices rose by $5/mt on a weekly basis to $750/mt, while CFR Southeast Asia increased by $10/mt in the same time period. This week, new offers for October have been announced. The rollover was $25/mt more than a month ago. According to market sources, fresh offers for October are $780/mt FCL China, $800/mt FCL India, and $805/mt FCL Southeast Asia. Market sources reported that a new offer for October increased $25/mt over September to $730/mt.
