Asian PVC: Rises $15-$20/mt after Nov offers accepted / Initial Nov quantity sold-out / China's Sep PVC Exports Hit 6-Month High

Asian polyvinyl halide prices rose by $15-$20/mt in the week ending Oct. 30, after initial offers were accepted for November and a rollover was made from one month ago. CFR China PVC rose $20/mt in a week to $760/mt October 30, while CFR Southeast Asia PVC was $15/mt more expensive at $760/mt. According to market sources, the initial November offers have been accepted. The rollover is a month-over-month. On October 22, new offers for November with a rollover from October were announced. The offers were $780/mt for CFR China, $800/mt for CFR India, $805/mt for CFR SE Asia, and $730/mt fob Taiwan.
