from April were announced, Asian polyvinyl chloride dropped $5-35/mt on the
week of April 26. CFR
China PVC prices fell $5/mt on a weekly basis to $795/mt, a new five-month low. CFR India PVC fell $35/mt in a week, to $820/mt on April 26.
This is the lowest price since November 30, 2022. New offers for May were released with a decline of
$60-$80/mt from month to month, which was lower than market expectations of
around $30/mt. Fresh offers for May were
reduced by $60/mt compared to April, to $805/mt FCL China and $760/mt FLO
