The price of Asian polyvinyl chloride has remained stable since the 20th November, at $760/mt FOB China. As suppliers have yet to announce their initial offers, there are few price discussions for December arrivals. CFR Southeast Asia PVC prices remained unchanged at $760/mt on Nov. 20, despite the fact that they were lower than last week. According to market sources, new offers for December will be announced during the week of November 25-29. Sources said that the new offers will be $10-$20/mt more expensive than November's, reflecting higher container freight rates. A low PVC season has led to a limited spot demand in China. Monthly offers for November were a rollover of October's at $780/mt FCL China, $800/mt FCL India, $730/mt FoB Taiwan, and $805/mt CFL Southeast Asia. In the...
