Due to lower offers, the price of PVC in Asia was stable or slightly lower during the week endingFeb. Due to lower offers, China's PVC Futures dropped slightly. The most actively traded May futures were down Yuan 6/mt per day and Yuan 5,271/mt inFeb. Dalian Commodity Exchange showed data for February 19. The producer is targeting to restart the plant by the end of March, according to a companysource. The companysource stated that the producer aims to restart the plant at the end of march.
