PTA CFR India assessment down $1/mt for the day to $831/mt. This was below an offer of $830/mt FOB Taiwan. The price was normalized to $863-$880/mt CFR India depending on freights at $33-50/mt. This maintained the spread of $65/mt between CFR China and CFR India. The spread between CFR China and Southeast Asia increased to $20/mt due to freight costs from Northeast Asia of $20/mt.
