The Asian propylene market was mixed in the weeks leading up to June 7. While the domestic China market was trending higher, the restof Asia was softening as supply increased. The CFR Taiwan and CFR Southeast Asia Propylene Prices were down $10/mt from the previous week, at $840/mt each, on June 7. "Prices are lower [in Taiwan] due to the recent excess supply, local [propylene]buyers do not see urgent needs torestock," said a Northeast Asiansource.
