17 saw the Asian propylene market drop with CFRChina prices falling $20/mt and
$30/mt respectively to $905/mt. Other sources said that while there is some
buying interest from the US, Asia-US freight prices can discourage
transactions. The FD USG propylene price remained stable at 61.25 Cents/lb
March 17th, or approximately $1,350/mt. Upstream, crude oil markets saw little
day-on-day recovery during a week of lower prices. According to
S&PGlobal data, the ICE Brent futures rose 96c/bon on the day to close at
$75.44/b March 17 at 4:30 pm Singapore time.Asian
