China's prices are falling but still relatively stable / Short-term Oversupply as Singapore Storage Full

The Asian MTBE FOB Singapore fell $30/mt per day to $792/mt, while the MTBE factor remained unchanged at 1.126. Brent crude futures for August were down $3.94/b on the day to $77.26/b following the announcement by OPEC+ that they would increase crude supplies. The 92 RON gasoline cracked to Brent crude oil increased to $5.98/b from $5.23/b in the previous day. Singapore traders said the demand was still weak, despite gasoline cracks being higher after the monthly rollover. Malaysian MTBE procurers said they were only interested in purchasing term cargoes in July and not spot cargoes unless prices were very low.
