According to market participants, prices for polypropylene imported to Brazil have remained unchanged for the second consecutive week on June 26. This is due to a lack of price indications from Saudi-Arabian vendors, and limited space aboard ships. An importer said, "I haven't received any updated offers for thisweek; we always have to wait until the end ofthemonth for new price indicators." "I have also doubts about whether loading from Saudi Arabia will be possible. The market is still lacking price indications on Chinese and South Korean goods, despite the increasing freight costs from North Asia to East Coast South America.
