are hesitant because of weak margins in downstream markets- Market

Northeast Asia's ethylene price was $10/mt lower on the day, closing at
$940/mt. CFR Southeast Asia closed at $960/mt. FOB Korea's ethylene price was $910/mt, down $10/mt from the
previous week. Although offers were made
at $960-970/mt CFR Northeast Asia this week, no bids were received. Some buyers pointed out that the selling sentiments did not
match up with buying signals. They cited continued unhealthy margins in
