was-robust in the latter half of last week, but lost momentum this-week as
replenishment quotas were met, market sources said.-"US interest rates
moved higher while crude fell, downstream-inventories for finished products are
on the high side. Lower-prices will improve replenishment to some
extent, but the overall-mood is weak," said a China-based trader.-Although
average plant operation rates in the country were-heard at around 72%-73% at
the beginning of the week, market-sources expect supplies to lengthen as the
country's propane-dehydrogenation plants ramp up production in the face
of-healthy margins.-Elsewhere in Northeast Asia, export offers from South
Korean-suppliers have also been slashed week-on-week as the market-feels the
effects of China's price...
