As freight costs concerns continued, the Asian polyethylene-terephthalate markets were either stable or weaker during the week prior to June 26, amid quiet discussions. Sources said that while most producers prefer to offer on an FOB base, buyers are increasingly interested in CIF/CFR due to the increased risk of freight costs.
