week ended June 21 due to a slowdown in finished goods trade. In the bottle
grade chip market, sellers cut their offers in order to lure buyers despite the
abundance of supply. Most
plants in China were running 90%-100% capacity, which meant that cargoes are
plentiful. Some sellers still had July-loading lot available. A trader from northeast Asia expressed concern about the
growing supply. He said that at least two plants were expected to start
