Sinopec listed prices up Yuan 100/mt on day / MRPL, Unv1 CPC and India's MRPL Issue Tenders

In the trading session of May 29, Asian benzene rose by $3/mt to $1,086.33/mt amid higher upstream costs. Crude oil futures rose in the midafternoon Asian trading session on May 29, as investors weighed a possible tightening of supply ahead of the upcoming OPEC+ meetings and the ongoing geopolitical tensions around Gaza. The upstream market saw a general increase on the day. ICE Brent futures front-month were at $84.87/b, an increase of $1.48/b over the previous session. The C+F Japan mark for naphtha also closed higher, up $3.25/mt to $692.75/mt. Sinopec's benzene prices on the Chinese domestic market increased by Yuan100/mt, to Yuan9,100/mt.
