Prices on the Asian polycarbonate markets continued to decline in the week ending October 23, due to supply and price pressures upstream. Based on tradable indicators heard at this level, general purpose PC was stable on the day but down $60/mt for the week, at $1700/mt CFR China. This is below an offer at $1750/mt. Extrusion-grade PC stable for the day, and down $60/mt over the week, at $1710/mt, CFR China. This is below the offer of $1760/mt.
