The Asian MTBE FOBSG fell $20.13/mt from the previous day to $917.87/mt, while the MTBE FoBSingapore Factor was assessed at 1.139on May 3, downfrom 1.155 the day before. BP Singapore made two offers for 2,000 mtand 3,000 mt FOBStraits that would be loading between May 30th and June 3rd during the MOC assessment process.May 3. The traders in China were divided. One trader said that buyers wanted to purchase June cargo from China but their buying indications were low. Another source, however, said that she did not hear of any interest in buying cargo from Singapore-based sources on May 3.
