Prices rise 5 cents/gal after a period of stability from 16 May / June trades at 98 cents/gal FOB ITC

On May 23, spot prices for US Gulf Coast Methanol increased by 5 cents, tracking the trades that were heard for June. On May 23, offers for methanol were heard starting at 103 cents/gal. June offers began at 99 cents/gal then increased to 100 cents/gal. All of these offers are FOB ITC. This was the last offer heard that day. After market close on May 22, the market received two indications for June trades. One at 98 cents/gal, and another at 99 cents/gal, both FOB ITC, each 10,000 barrels.
