On Nov. 15, an offer was heard slipping without any counter bids. Before the Market On Close assessment, a deal was heard at $685/mt to load 2,000 mt of H2 December at sight on a letter of credit basis. Before the trading window, it was heard that the seller continued to offer $685/mt for H1 December load. Last heard was an offer of $670/mt to load H1 December. There were no other offers. The FOB Korea mark was $669/mt - $1/mt less than the offer. There were no counter bids. During the MOC, there were no transparent offers or bids.
