European Jet Daily Market Analysis / European jet market continues to see weak seasonal demand / Kazakhstan's three refineries processed 15.25 million mt of crude oil Jan-Nov

Due to low demand at the end of the year, the European jet market weakened Dec. 30, starting this week. The jet CIF NWE barge differentials and the jet FOB FARAG cargo differentials to ICE LSGO front-month futures both fell by $2.50/mt. They are now $20.75/mt apiece and $25/mt respectively. One European jet trader said, "There is no real demand for bringing in big vessels as deliveries are still coming. We are also coming out of turnarounds." The arb [from Europe to the Middle East] has been pointed east for the past three weeks. Market on Close has seen only jet cargo in recent weeks, despite a high supply and a weak demand. The same source said that despite December being a popular holiday month, technically "we are in off-season"....
