Asian paraxylene cargoes was expected to be limited. Market sources stated that
Asian paraxylene pricing remained stable. Asian paraxylene prices rose
$9.67/mt to $1,094.17/mt China March 24. This is a nearly six-month high of
$1.094.17/mt at Asia's close March 24, which was the highest level since
October 10, 2022, when it was valued at $11,128/mt. China's trader said
that due to tighter supply from several turnarounds in Asia the availability of
buyers is expected to be limited. The trader stated that the May spot
