week ending March 10, OX suppliers were few and far between. This week, the China
market was tight. A source suggested that
China's prices may be at their highest level due to a shortage of port stocks
and a tight supply. According to one
source, China's port inventories were around 8,500 mt. This is down from the
9,000 mt last week. China's PA operating
rates were heard to still be stable, although one producer claimed that they
