Asian orthoxylenes were stable this week at $885/mt FCL China, $875/mt FCL Korea and $890/mt FCL Southeast Asia. The laycans are from October 10-30. There were no firm offers or bids heard this week, and no transactions were reported. No transactions were reported during the week, but buyers and sellers kept a large range of bids and offers. Sources said that the price range is softer than before. Sources in the trading industry said that despite this, buyers are cautious because several PA units will be scheduled for maintenance during October.
