Asian MTBE: FOB Singapore increases $39.50/mt in a week due to firmer crude / FOB China stable, with trades heard in July / RON : Crude Crack Widens Week

On June 21, Asian MTBE increased by $39.50/mt from the previous week, to $863/mt. The MTBE FOB Singapore Factor remained unchanged at 1.126 over the same period. On June 21, the August ICE Brent crude futures were $85.52/barrel, up from $82.18/b a week earlier. On June 21, the spread or crack between 92RON FOB Singapore gasoline, and crude futures increased by 83 cents/b. The spread between 95 RON RON and 97RON RON and crude futures closed at over $10/b each by the end of the last week. Sources reported that several trades were concluded FOB China for cargoes loading in July during the week beginning June 17 as well as the previous week.
