there were few discussions about spot cargoes. Southeast Asia saw a lack
of discussions for spot cargoes in July or August. A trader said that "it's not because there are no
offers, but that there is just no buying interest." He said that while offers at $265-$270/mt CIF Southeast Asia
may pique the interest of buyers, few traders and producers are willing to sell
