Prices for US Gulf Coast Methanol dropped 2 cents on the 22nd of April, following falling offers for spot material heard in May and June. One day before the rollover date, M1 offers at 100 cents/gal were heard FOB ITC or FOB St. Rose. M2 offers were also heard for 100 cents/gal and FOB St. Rose. A 99 cents/gal offer was also made each month between May and June. On April 19, 100 cents/gal for 10,000 barrels or 2,522 mt in M2 andM3 was traded. According to feedback from the market, US supply was plentiful. No bids or deals were heard that day. A market source stated that there was a large amount of product. So, the offers are abundant.
