M1 June Saudi Aramco CP swap jumps / Aramco's June-loading LPG contract likely to be cut by 10%

The month-one Saudi Aramco contract price swap for June was $572/mt on May 20. This is up by $28/mt compared to May 17, and $8/mt less than the May term CP. This assessment was based upon a June FEI/CP swap that was heard at $41/mt, and a swap of June FEI/CP at $613/mt. The Aramco CP June-July propane swap backwardation widened by $20/mt on May 20 from $9.50/mt on May 17. Market sources reported that Saudi Aramco accepted June-loading term LPG with Asian lifters, largely in accordance with the nominations. However, there was a 10% reduction in tolerance volumes. Aramco was not immediately available to comment. Aramco accepted May-loading LPG cargo nominations from Asian lifters last month. No delays or changes were reported.
